Announcement: New Ideas and Insta

I apologize for being MIA for the past few months... I have been very busy with studies namely thesis. However, I am enjoying the holidays and the vacation. I seriously need the R & R! Anyways, I wish to greet you all a very belated MERRY CHRISTMAS! I also wish you all a HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope you are enjoying your holidays with your loved ones.

For the past few months, I have constantly thought about making vlogs or video blogs since I am quite busy with studies thus I would like to introduce to all of you Sharm's Notes. I plan to make this like a web series but I need to test run it first since I do not have the fancy cameras thus I ended up shooting my video on the MacBook Air's built-in camera in which I am not certain it would play on PC or Windows.

I made a YouTube account already but the problem is I still need to edit the video and upload it which by the way takes so long... Can someone tell me how to upload a video to YouTube? I plan to use iMovie to upload the video to YouTube but it does take so long. For now, I'll just make a written Sharm's Notes by reviewing some beauty products, etc.

For now, I will share to you a video I posted on my Instagram (@xoxosharm24)... The video shows some beauty products and a watch that I got from my Aunt when she went to U.S.A. Enjoy!

I am also going to share my outfit for my 20th Birthday last November 24, 2013. Goodness me, I am 20 years old... No longer a "teenager" but a young adult/lady.

Some Shoes on My Instagram

I have lots of shoes and here are some of the shoes I have posted on my Instagram...

My Skechers (missing one):

I love Skechers very much... My reason is simple. It last long with me. I have one more pair of Skechers shoes, not featured on my Instagram, that have been with me since I was in grade 5. Talk about memories. It still fits quite nicely. I still wear it when I do my work-outs. The memories I have with that one pair of shoes.

If you want long lasting shoes that you can trust, I suggest you buy a pair of Skechers. The last pair of Skechers shoes has also been with me for a long time now. I always wear this when I travel... This shoes has been to China, Taiwan, United States of America, and many more places. I will be wearing it again this December if my family ever decides where we would go. Our choices are Malaysia and Hong Kong. Where to go on December, Malaysia or Hong Kong? Any suggestions? Tell me on the comments. Just pick one please...

Some of my Crocs:

Two of them are color violet. Is it too obvious that I love the color of the violet? *Laughs*

For the record this are not all of my Crocs, I still have probably two more pairs of Crocs. I only wear my Crocs during rainy days especially when I have classes because as everyone would probably know by now is that the Philippines experiences the worst floods ever. The area where my university is located gets flooded a lot when there's typhoons or if it is raining cats and dogs... Regardless of which, I love my university!

Crocs are actually very comfy but sadly I need to stop buying shoes made from the materials used in most Crocs shoes. Crocs are made out of "closed-cell resin" so it makes our feet sweat if we do not wear socks. Also, if you are living or staying or going to a hot place not a best idea since like I said before it can make your feet sweat if you do not wear socks. If your feet does not sweat when you wear these kind of shoes, be grateful because you are free from the possibility of getting a Fungi. This shoes is mainly good for rainy days for me... They still look nice and fashionable though.

The reason why I love buying shoes from Taiwan: They are cheap and comfortable! It does not hurt your feet at all. *Happy Girl* Whenever I go to Taiwan, I make sure to buy at least one pair of shoes though that will be hard since usually we go there during December so they have promos like "Buy 1 Take 1" or "Buy 1, Get 50% Off the second pair". So awesome! I miss Taiwan!

Good to wear for rainy days... The neon pink also adds to the cuteness. At least when you go out at night and wear this, you can somewhat be spotted. It is really neon bright!

This are my go-to accessories... I'm serious! That is why it is placed that way so I can see everything and just grab what I can. *Laughs*

Instagram: Some Outfits

Well, it has been a while and time surely flies fast when you are doing so many things and given a short time. Anyways, I decided to post some photos from my Instagram (@xoxosharm24).

Let us just say that the child in me never left... Actually this night/indoor dress used to belong to my mom but now it's mine! It's really comfy. I am the type of girl who wears a top + shorts indoors. I like wearing night dresses or a top + skort (for those of you who does not know what a "skort" is, it is a skirt and a short at the same time. Those things girls wear when they work-out or do something sporty). I also prefer wearing a top + skirt when I am home but usually it is a night dress. I do not like wearing pajamas either so pretty much what I wear indoors is what I sleep in. Oh yeah! I forgot... I do wear short, but very seldom, and the shorts has to be the shorts one wears during work-outs. The mini shorts kind of thing.

Night dresses are very comfy to sleep in. Just saying.

This is my other night/indoor dress. My grandmother bought it in China if I remember it correctly.

Wore this neon outfit to go out one night with me family. It was raining so and night time so what better way to stand out in the dark and show your happiness than neon color. I like cloudy and rainy days for some odd reason maybe because I am a water element... *Laughs* Ever since I was younger, I like water a lot though I do not swim well. *Weird* The only thing I do not like in the rain is the flood.

The pink shorts actually used to be my mom's but she gave them to me since it fits me. *Happy Girl*

The neon yellow top is a customized. We had to wear a jersey for one of our P.E. classes in University. We had a whole term for Futsal (I think it is like football or soccer but played indoors). It's a waste not to wear the shirt since we did pay for it. It has the emblem of the Brazil's team because we picked out our team and shirt designs based on the 2010 FIFA World Cup. We actually wanted either Spain or Germany but the other classes/team had chosen the teams already so the third on the list was Brazil. Anyways, I cannot wait for the 2014 FIFA World Cup. So excited! Right now I am keeping watch of the London Olympics 2012. What country are you cheering for?

Dress: Mark and Spencer

My other night/indoor dress that is actually very loose on me so I put a belt on my waist just for the photo. I was bored! My sister saw me taking this photo and asked me "Where are you going? Are you going out?" so I guessed if I put a belt on this night/indoor dress it can be an outdoor, casual dress? Maybe. *Ideas coming to me*

When I took this photo, I was standing in front of the iMac and saw that my dress reflected nicely on the iMac so I took a photo of it. *Smiles*

This is a good example of a skirt that I wear indoor and to bed. It is Reebok and every time I wear this I feel sporty and it sways when I move most especially when I spin around. So fun playing with this skirt! Love this skirt! By the way, just like the photo above this is the reflection of my skirt on our iMac. *Cheers*
